Applications
Sil-Craft 800 is a very soft (Shore A-0 hardness) Platinum Silicone Rubber that is tailored for the following applications:

- Theatrical and Film Production
Additional Effects
With a few drops of thickener, Sil-Craft 800 can be brushed on to a subject for lifecasting, or brushed into a mold for encapsulating or layering.
Sil-Craft 800 is translucent but can easily be pigmented to create a number of colorful effects. Combine with flocking powder to replicate the appearance of skin and tissue.
Add some Smith's Theatrical Prosthetic Deadener to give your silicone a softer, more natural feel. Great for creating lifelike dolls and body parts.
Handling Recommendations
Working time is 30-40 minutes, and the mix ratio is 1:1 by weight, so you will need a gram scale. Vacuum degassing the material is required (if pouring). Demold time is 3-4 hours.
When properly cured at room temperature 73°F (23°C), Sil-Craft 800 is heat resistant up to 400°F (204°C).

Sil-Craft Platinum Liquid Silicone comes in either a cured sample (200 grams), 2k (4.4lbs Trial) or 10kg (22lbs) package.
- Cured samples are 200 grams each and come in the form of a puck or a disk, large enough for you to examine both the flexibility and hardness of the material.
- The 2k package (Trial) includes 1 kilogram of Part A and 1 kilogram Part B, for a total of 2 kilograms (about 4.4 pounds).
- The 10k package includes 5 kilograms of Part A (white drum in photo) and 5 kilograms Part B (blue drum), for a total of 10 kilograms (about 22 pounds).

- Samples are shipped via economy USPS and arrive in 5-8 days.
- 2kg Trial Kits are shipped via international air freight and arrive in 5-8 days.
- 10kg packages are shipped domestic economy and arrive in 5-8 days, but expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
- Multiple shipping methods are available for international orders.

- The request to return material is made within 30 days of original invoice date.
- The material has not been opened and is in original packaging.
- The material has at least 50% shelf life remaining.
